Allison C. Williams is a member of the firm’s Family Law Department. During her legal education at Syracuse University College of Law, Ms. Williams served as a student attorney for the Public Interest Law Firm and Children’s Rights clinics. She has worked for three judges, two of whom were seated in the Family Part, in the States of New Jersey and New York.

Ms. Williams is the current Co-Chair of ATLA-NJ Boardwalk Seminar for Matrimonial Support Staff (2006-2007) and the Chair - of the ATLA-NJ Meadowlands Seminar for Matrimonial Support Staff in 2007. Ms. Williams is an active member of various bar associations, including the Family Section of the New Jersey State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar Family Law Young Lawyers, the Family Sections of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers in Monmouth, the Family Section of the Monmouth Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Monmouth Bar Association (co-chair, 2006-2008), and the Matrimonial Section of the American Trial Lawyers Association - New Jersey (ATLA-NJ). Ms. Williams sits on the Family Law Committees in both Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, which set policies and procedures governing the administration of family law.

Ms. Williams is also an active member of several community groups including the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, where she sits on the Women in Business and the Diversity Committees. She was designated by the Assignment Judge of Monmouth County to serve on the Minority Affairs Committee for the Monmouth Vicinage. Ms. Williams was recently appointed to the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Family Lawyer. Ms. Williams has also been appointed as a Trustee to the Legal Aid Society 2008-2009 term.
