In the case of Buono v Scalia, three justices of the New Jersey Supreme Court stated the following: "Our Courts exist so that innocent victims may be made whole for the injuries they have sustained at the hands of others".

ANTHONY SELLITTO is a partner in the Firm's Personal Injury Department.

Mr. Sellitto has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1983.  He was also a Certified Criminal Attorney from 1983-1997.  Mr. Sellitto has been listed as a Super Lawyer in the State of New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly Magazine from 2005-2010**.

For over 20 years, Mr. Sellitto served on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly ATLA-NJ) and has served on the Technology and Automobile Insurance Committees.  He is a member of the Monmouth and Ocean County Bar Associations and serves on the Civil Practice Committee in Ocean County.  Mr. Sellitto also serves as a personal injury arbitrator in Ocean County, and has for the last 15 years.

In addition, Mr. Sellitto is presently a senior civil trial attorney with the Haydn Proctor Inns of Court in Monmouth County which is a program where experienced trial attorneys provide knowledge to newly admitted attorneys on trial practice and techniques.  Mr. Sellitto has also lectured extensively on Trial Techniques, Trial Technology, Automobile Insurance and Workers Compensation for over 22 years.  Mr. Sellitto has lectured for the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), The National Crime Victims Bar Association, The New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
