RICHARD SEVRIN is a partner in the Family Law Department of Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A.  He has practiced in excess of forty years in the matrimonial and family law field which includes litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution as an Arbitrator and Mediator.  He is a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee.  Mr. Sevrin is an active member of the Ocean County Family Law Committee and the Monmouth County Family Law Committee.  He sits as a Secretary of the Ocean County Bar Association and is a member of the New Jersey American Association of Justice.  Mr. Sevrin is a New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 Family Law Mediator and is and has been a Matrimonial Settlement Panelist in both the Ocean and Monmouth County programs.  Mr. Sevrin is a Civil Arbitrator sponsored by the Ocean County Civil Court System and a collaborative lawyer, being a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Group. Mr. Sevrin’s practice includes litigation, mediation, arbitration and collaborative law.  He is a family law arbitrator trained by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He has acted as a Guardian Ad Litem of children appointed by the courts and is a Family Law trained Parental Coordinator.
