ANDREA B. WHITE is a partner in the Firm's Family Law Department. Ms. White has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and is qualified pursuant to R. 1:40 to mediate family law cases. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Her practice is exclusively devoted to matrimonial law. She assists clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and domestic violence issues.

Ms. White is the Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Executive Committie and is a Senior Editor for the New Jersey Family Lawyer. Ms. White is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Chapter. She is the Chair of the Certified Attorney Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is on the Court Roster of approved Economic Mediators. She also serves as a panelist in the Monmouth County Early Settlement Program as well as lectures on family law issues. Ms. White also served three terms as Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Family Law Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association, the Ocean County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers of Monmouth. Furthermore, Ms. White was a 2006 Recipient of the Women Achievement Award from Women Lawyers of Monmouth.

Ms. White earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn School of Law in 1994. She was admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1994, and in 1995 she was admitted to practice in New York.
