Christina
Hardman is a member of the firm's Wills, Trusts and
Estates Department. She is experienced in all aspects
of estate planning, administration, litigation, and
taxation matters, as well as real property, zoning and
land use, formation of business organizations, dissolutions
and mergers.
While
attending Law School, Ms. Hardman received the Jennifer
Smalldone Award for Outstanding Work in the field of
Disability Law. She served as the Managing Articles
Editor for the Rutgers Race and the Law Review and also
volunteered as a legal intern and summer associate for
Rutgers Special Education Clinic in Newark.
She
served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Donald S. Goldman
in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family and Criminal
Divisions, Essex County and as an intern for the Honorable
William H. Walls in the U.S. District Court, Newark.
Ms.
Hardman is a member of the American Bar Association,
Young Lawyers' Division; New Jersey State Bar Association,
Young Lawyers' Division, where she serves as Chair;
Monmouth Bar Association, where she is a trustee. She
is also the Treasurer of the Red Bank Networking Group
and is a member of the Steering Committee of the Central
Jersey Young Professionals Group.
Ms.
Hardman is very active in the community as well. She
is President of the Women's Club of Red Bank, where
she also served as Treasurer from 2002 to 2004. She
is a Board Member for the Community YMCA Count Basie
Achievement Center in Red Bank and is active with the
Eastern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Hardman also
serves as a volunteer attorney for the Red Bank Chapter
of the Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
