Don Lomurro

A highly accomplished trial attorney, Don heads our Criminal and Civil Litigation Departments. He is one of fewer than seventy-five attorneys in New Jersey to have been designated as both a Certified Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney by the state's Superior Court. Don has practiced law in Freehold for more than 30 years.

His experience includes major litigation in the areas of negligence, product liability, criminal law, palimony, employment discrimination, freedom of the press and malpractice. Several cases tried by Don have gained national media attention.

Listed a Super Lawyer for five consecutive years by Law and Politics magazine, Don was also listed from 2008 through 2011 as a Top 100 Super Lawyer in New Jersey which appeared in NJ Monthly magazine**.  He was listed as one of the New York Area's Best Lawyers in 2009 through 2011 as well.

A leader in both the legal profession and his community, Don has also taught trial skills. His diverse roles include:

In 1985, Don was the sole recipient of an award for Outstanding Professional Achievement for Excellence in the Practice of Law, conferred by the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
