Daniel Santarsiero is an attorney in the firm's Personal Injury Department.

Daniel has been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Mr. Santarsiero has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials in the Law and Chancery Divisions and has over 13 years experience of litigation. He has served as a court admitted arbitrator pursuant to R 4:21 A-2 and has been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. Santarsiero is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of The American Trial Lawyers Association.
