Mr. Davison is a founding partner of the firm as well as the Chair of the municipal law department. He has served as Attorney for the Borough of Freehold Planning Board and the Howell Township Planning Board. Mr. Davison has also served as Prosecutor for the Townships of Freehold and Millstone.

He currently serves as Municipal Attorney for the Township of Freehold, Township of Holmdel, and Township of Millstone.

Mr. Davison was the Recipient of the 2004 Michael Pane Award from the New Jersey State League of Municipalities which is given to a professional working with local government who has exemplified the highest standards of ethics and whose work has significantly enhanced the integrity of local government. Mr. Davison is an integral member of the community serving as a member of various organizations such as being the former President and founding Trustee of the Monmouth County Municipal Prosecutor's Association. He is also a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Local Task Force on Municipal Courts. For 10 years he served as Trustee of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and for 7 years on the Board of Trustees for Centra State Medical Center. Mr. Davison is Associate Counsel to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities and a Legal Advisory Panelist for the Common Cause of New Jersey. He also serves as an Elder for in the Colts Neck Reformed Church.
