Stephen C. Carton, Esq. has specialized in family law cases for over 35 years. Bettina Munson, Esq. and Andrea White O’Brien have been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Certified Matrimonial Law Attorneys. This designation is achieved by individuals who have had extensive experience in trial work, dedication in continuing legal education, peer review have and passed a written test

The issues which a Family Law Department resolves on a regular basis include divorce, child custody, parenting time, alimony, domestic violence, grandparents’ rights, child support, property distribution, matrimonial settlement agreements and Division of Youth and Family Services matters.
