GARY McLEAN is the chair of our Real Estate and Title Litigation Department and is the managing partner of the Toms River, NJ office. His practice involves litigating complex chancery real estate title issues and boundary line disputes in New Jersey.

His deep interest in community affairs has led to a diverse range of roles:

• Member of the Spring Lake Heights Borough Council
• Member of the Spring Lake Heights Environmental Commission
• Former Chairman of the Republican Committee of Spring Lake Heights
• Volunteer court-trained and appointed mediator for the Spring Lake Heights Municipal Court
• Volunteer Manager/Coach for the Spring Lake Heights Little League, Spring Lake Heights
• Recreational Soccer and the Monmouth Coast Riptide North Girls Traveling Soccer Team
• Volunteer for United Way of Monmouth County
• Co-Chairman of the Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, Inc. annual golf outing

Municipal court prosecutions for Freehold and Millstone Township Municipal Courts were previously handled by Gary on behalf of the Firm. Gary has been listed a Super Lawyer for five consecutive years by New Jersey Monthly Magazine**.  Prior to joining the Firm, he served as an Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor.
