Gary McLean is the Department Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Litigation Department. He is primarily responsible for litigation of matters involving issues of title to real estate. He previously handled municipal prosecutions in the Freehold Township and Millstone Township Municipal Courts. He serves as a member of the Statewide Roster of Mediators for Civil, General Equity and Probate Cases. Mr. McLean was previously an Assistant Prosecutor with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office before joining the firm in 1996. Mr. McLean is a former Chairman of the Spring Lake Heights Republican Committee and is also a past Public Defender for the Borough of Spring Lake Heights. He served as a Freehold Boro Conflict Public Defender in 2005. He volunteers much of his time to his community as a member of the Spring Lake Heights Borough Council, Spring Lake Heights Environmental Commission, and is an Assistant Coach for the Monmouth Coast Riptide North Girls Traveling Soccer Team. Mr. McLean is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and serves on the Ethics Committee, Juvenile Law Committee and Golf Committee.
