Heidi Hoffman-Shalloo

A transaction specialist in our Real Estate/Commercial Lending Department, Heidi represents business owners and individuals in all aspects of real estate: acquisitions, sales, commercial leasing and business financing, loan and commercial lease modifications and workouts, business entity formation, sale and acquisition of company stock, sale and acquisition of business assets and environmental compliance including Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) compliance.

Listed a Rising Star for four consecutive years (2006-2009) in New Jersey Monthly Magazine**, Heidi spends much of her time helping clients secure small business loans guaranteed by the Small Business Association (SBA), commercial mortgages, interest rate swap transactions pursuant to ISDA Master Agreement and asset based loans. She also represents SBA preferred lenders and private and institutional lenders, as well as individual and corporate borrowers in negotiating their loan transactions.

Heidi has been involved in all facets of secured lending, including asset based credit facilities, securitization, construction loans, and interim and permanent real estate based mortgage loans.

In the highly publicized case of PNC Bank, National Association vs. Solomon Dwek, et. al., she was transactional counsel to the Fiscal Agent reporting to the Court on the sale of real estate and other assets of Mr. Dwek.
