Jonathan
H. Lomurro is a member of the General Practice group
of the firm. He has represented clients in a large variety
of criminal, municipal, and civil matters. He is familiar
with cases involving drug possession, distribution,
intent to distribute, school zone, simple and aggravated
assault, harassment, robbery, theft, car jacking, traffic
offenses, personal injury, property damage claims and
breach of contract claims. His interest in the entertainment
industry has gained him legal experience with trademarks,
copyright and entertainment law, and creative experience
with performance, touring, negotiations and production.
In addition to being a member of the New Jersey State
and Monmouth County Bar Associations, Mr. Lomurro is
also a member of the American Bar Association, Association
of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, Association
of Trial Lawyers of America, Haydn Proctor American
Inn of Court, Optimist International:Sunrise Optimist
Club of Monmouth County and the American Society of
Composers, Authors and Publishers. Mr. Lomurro has been
elected to serve as the District Representative to the
ABA for the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State
Young Lawyers Division and has been appointed to a three
year term of service on the Monmouth County Young Lawyer’s
Committee. He is also currently serving on the Monmouth
County Juvenile Law Committee. While attending Law School,
he held the position of Magister in the Harrington Inn
of the International Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. Mr.
Lomurro has completed specialized training from the
Office of the Public Defender in order to represent
both their juvenile and adult clients throughout New
Jersey. In addition, Mr. Lomurro has been appointed
as the Howell Township and Freehold Borough Public Defender.
