Loren's practice focuses on Community Association Law, Municipal Law and Labor and Employment Law. She counsels numerous community associations in the central New Jersey area. Loren also assists in the representation of Freehold Township, Millstone Township and Holmdel Township.

Condominiums, town homes and single family units in a planned community are among the community associations she represents. Loren helps associations interpret documents, draft and enforce rules and regulations, draft amendments to documents, and interpret and apply state laws and regulations (including the New Jersey Condominium Act). She also represents associations in connection with municipal services, transitions, contractual and collection matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Loren was an associate at Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman in Roseland, New Jersey, and she worked at the Newark New Jersey Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board.
