MICHAEL FASANO is a member of the Appellate and Real Estate Departments. Mr. Fasano graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University. He served as Assistant to the New Jersey Bar Examiners Office from 1984-2002. Mr. Fasano is also a member of the Monmouth Bar Association. Mr. Fasano has been listed as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer Magazine in 2009, 2010 and 2011**.

Mr. Fasano has argued successfully before the courts at every level in New Jersey and has numerous reported cases. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He lectures and writes on property law and riparian law. He is a well known amateur sportswriter covering Rutgers football and basketball and the Big East Sports Conference.
