Peter Lederman is a member of the firm's municipal court department. His practice is limited to driving while intoxicated defense and litigiation. He is a recipient of the New Jersey State Bar Association Advocacy Award, 2000 and Middlesex County Bar Association Municipal Court Attorney of the Year award in 2006. Mr. Lederman was designated the Middlesex County’s Municipal Court Practitioner of the Year for 2006.

Mr. Lederman served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Piscataway, 1984-1986. He is also a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association (Member, Co-Chairman, Municipal Court Committee, 1997-2001), New Jersey State Bar Association (Member, Chairman, Municipal Court Section, 1998-2001) and American Bar Association; Middlesex County Municipal Prosecutors Association; Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey; Monmouth Bar Association, American Trial Lawyer Association, National College for DWI Defense and the Francis Moore Scrambled Egg Society.
