Robert Muñoz is a founding partner of the firm and heads up the Tax, Trust & Estate Department of the firm. He has extensive expertise in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Tax and Land Use matters. He has served as Deputy Attorney General, Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Manalapan, Metuchen, Allentown, and Farmingdale Boroughs. He was also the Keyport Board of Education Attorney and served as Township Attorney for East Windsor Township and Manalapan Township. He currently serves as the attorney for the Metuchen Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Mr. Muñoz is a past member of the New Jersey School Board Association. He currently serves as a member of the Monmouth (Local Government Committee), New Jersey State (Sections on Land Use, Tax and Elder Law) and New York State (Tax Law Section) Bar Associations and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Mr. Muñoz was one of the recipients of the 2004 Public Justice Achievement Award that was given out on behalf of Trial Lawyers Care, Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. This award is presented periodically to those who achieve remarkable victories in cases proving that trial lawyers, working together, can dramatically advance the public good. Mr. Muñoz received this award for his outstanding work and success helping September 11 victims.
