RICHARD P. LOMURRO is an associate in the Criminal Defense, Litigation and Public Finance departments.  As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Lomurro has tried cases in New Jersey Superior Court and various Municipal Courts across the state.  He has worked on cases that were argued before the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court.  Mr. Lomurro has had extensive experience with both adult and juvenile cases involving traffic violations, DWI, drug offenses, shoplifting, assault, harassment, restraining orders and many other areas of criminal and municipal law.  Mr. Lomurro also serves as the Municipal Public Defender in Howell Township and Freehold Borough and as such, has handled hundreds of Municipal Court cases.

Mr. Lomurro's experience in civil litigation has included representing plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits for premises liability actions, auto accidents, other varying civil and special civil actions.  He has also defended numerous clients in civil matters who have been sued.  As a member of the Public Finance Department, Mr. Lomurro has assisted the Firm in its capacity as Bond Counsel to numerous Municipalities, Counties, Authorities and School Boards across New Jersey.

Mr. Lomurro is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the Federal District Court, 3'rd Circuit.  Mr. Lomurro served as a judicial law clerk in the 2007-2008 term for the Honorable William C. Todd, III of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, Chancery Division.  He has been included in the Super Lawyer: Rising Star listing for 2011**.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Monmouth Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
