Robert
S. Bonney, Jr., is a member of the firm's corporate
and criminal litigation departments. Mr. Bonney has
been designated
by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Criminal
Trial Attorney. He is Past President of
the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.
In 2006, he was honored with a "Professional Lawyer
of the Year" award by New Jersey Commission on
Professionalism in the Law. He served as a Clerk to
the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, U.S.D.J. and he served
as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Newark, N.J. He was
captain of the Moot Court Team at Washington & Lee University
School of Law.
Mr.
Bonney is a member of the Criminal Advisory Board for
the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey,
the Advisory Committee to the U.S. Third Circuit Court
of Appeals Committee on Model Jury Instructions (Criminal)
and is a Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association;
Criminal Law Section, Chairman (1987-1990).
