STEPHEN CARTON is a member of the Firm's Family Law Department.

Before joining the firm of Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, he was a partner at Carton, Arvanitis, McGreevy, Argeris, Zager and Aikins, LLC. Mr. Carton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and is a graduate of Fordham University Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Carton is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and serves on the following committees: past Chairman and current member of the Family Law Committee and charter member of the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel, Chairman of the Professional Committee, Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice Law Committee, Chairman of the General Welfare of Membership Committee, and a member of the Resolution and Memorials Committee. He is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations and a past member of the Monmouth County Municipal Prosecutor's Association.  He is a former member and Chairman of the Supreme Court District Fee Arbitration Committee (District IX-Monmouth County).

Mr. Carton serves his community as a member and past President of the Rotary Club of Asbury Park, a member of the Knights of Columbus, Long Branch Council 335 and is a past President and member of the Board of Trustees of the Belmar Fishing Club. Mr. Carton also served as past President and long time member of the Board of Trustees of the American Heart Association, Monmouth County Chapter and served on the State Board of Trustees.
