Biography

Jeffrey focuses primarily on civil litigation and medical malpractice cases.

Following his graduation from The Ohio State University College of Law in 2018, Mr. Niesz clerked for the Honorable Marc C. LeMieux, J.S.C. in the Law Division, Monmouth County, New Jersey. He then worked as a medical malpractice defense attorney for the past three years. Mr. Niesz assisted with the day-to-day management of medical-malpractice cases. Mr. Niesz also participated in oral arguments before the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Mr. Niesz graduated law school as a managing editor of the law review. He also received the Public Service Fellowship with Dean’s Special Recognition. He was similarly commended by the Ohio Supreme Court for his public service. While in law school, he served as an intern in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Tort Litigation Section. He also served as an intern in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Administrative Litigation in Washington, D.C.

Prior to law school, Mr. Niesz graduated from Rutgers University summa cum laude in the top 1% of his class as a member of the Matthew Leydt Society. He was an Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Associate and a Lloyd Gardner Fellow in Leadership and Social Policy. He also worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant in the mathematics department while at Rutgers.
