Protecting And Defending The Rights Of Those Accused

While New Jersey is one of the 29 states in the country that has legalized medical marijuana, it also imposes mandatory minimum penalties for non-medical marijuana possession and the sale of marijuana. While the state laws for marijuana are less severe than those for CDS, if you are facing a charge of marijuana possession, sale or trafficking, these charges should not be taken lightly. The New Jersey criminal defense attorneys at Lomurro Law are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled at successfully representing those charged with marijuana possession.
